250 ml. Maalox Plus oral suspension contains three different ingredients: dried aluminium hydroxide gel, magnesium hydroxide, which are antacids, and simethicone, which acts as an anti-foaming agent. Maalox is used for the relief of heartburn and wind indigestion. It works by reducing the amount of acid in your stomach. The anti-foaming agent helps to remove gas from your stomach.
