Sollievo PhysioLax thus works through a non-pharmacological mechanism of action.

Directions

Take 1 to 3 tablets in the evening, as needed, with a large glass of water. The correct dosage is the minimum required to stimulate physiological intestinal transit without producing liquid stool, and can therefore be adapted according to individual needs. The product can even be used by children as young as 12 years of age. To encourage intestinal transit, it is generally recommended to drink fluids throughout the day, eat the right amount of fibre and get plenty of exercise.
