Directions

Use as often as needed. Apply before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming or towelling off and perspiring. Apply generously; reducing the amount will reduce the level of protection. Do not spend too much time in the sun, even when using a sunscreen product. Avoid sun exposure between 11am and 4pm. Wear protective clothing (hat, sunglasses, t-shirt).
