Directions

DAILY USE FOR 30 DAYS Apply twice a day in a thick layer to the affected areas of the face and body, cleaned and dry, mobile areas, joints. Apply directly to psoriasis lesions by massaging gently. Can be applied as a relay to dermocorticoids. Do not use for more than 30 days. OUR DAILY ADVICE 🚿During the shower: Prefer showers to baths, avoiding showers that are too hot (<36°C). Do not take a shower or bath for too long (20 minutes maximum). Favor cosmetic cleansing treatments without soap such as Topialyse Cleansing Oil (with perfume) or Topialyse Cleansing Balm (without perfume). 💆‍♀️After your shower: Pat your skin dry with a soft towel On psoriasis lesions, on clean, dry skin: apply Psoriasis Xerial DM On the rest of the body, on uninjured skin: use your usual moisturizing cosmetic cream. Xerial 10 Milk moisturizes and smoothes the skin. Do not pick off your psoriasis lesions. 🕔5 minutes of scratching can reactivate psoriasis for 3 weeks.* Stress is one of the factors that can promote the appearance of psoriasis lesions.

(1) Multicenter clinical investigation (center 1 inactive), randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled on 30 patients with 2 psoriasis plaques (≈ 20 cm², spaced at least 15 cm apart), in two separate phases with application of XERIAL DM Psoriasis or placebo twice daily on the psoriasis plaques for 30 days for phase 1 and for 28 days for phase 2 separated by a treatment based on calcipotriol and betametasone (a dermocorticoid). Clinical evaluation report of 09/11/2021 n° 03-DM-2018 – n° ID-RCB 2018-A03297-48. Evaluation of the PSI total score and the desquamation and roughness subscores at 14 and 30 days (phase 1): PSI: n=30, mean (D0) = 7.50±1.22, mean (D14)=6.10±1.75 (p <0.001); significant diff. vs. placebo; Desquamation n=30, mean (D0) = 2.57±0.61, mean (D14): 1.87±0.90 (p <0.001), significant diff. vs. placebo; Redness n=30, mean (D0) = 2.60±0.50, mean (D30): 2.00±0.79 (p <0.001), significant diff. vs. placebo. Tolerance results: 42.4% of patients experienced a total of 24 mild to moderate adverse reactions, 13 of which were possibly related to the study products: 9 related to XERIAL DM PSORIASIS and 4 to PLACEBO. These reactions were: tingling (9%), pruritus (15%), and burning sensation (3%). All related AEs were local and resolved before the end of the study.
